FAQ

Can I wash my face immediately after using A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System?

For optimal results, it is best not to wash your face for several hours post treatment.

How much serum should I use with the A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System?

A drop or two is enough for the entire face.

What kind of products can I use?

Most serums and solutions can be used. Products of thicker consistencies, such as creams, will NOT work with A.S.A.P!™ Micro Infusion System.

Is it recommended I lay down to perform treatment?

Yes. The vial must be perpendicular to the floor when performing the treatment to allow a constant flow of solutions into the applicator head.

Do I need to clean my skin prior to using A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System?

Yes. We recommend cleaning your skin with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Be sure to cleanse ALL areas that will come in contact with the applicator head.

Do I need to prep A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System to begin solution flow?

Yes. It is recommended that you gently tap and test the product flow on the back of one hand first.

How long does one treatment take?

On average, 2-3 drops of serum in A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System will take about 5 minutes to cover the entire face.

Can I treat areas other than my face?

Yes. Areas you may treat include face, scalp, neck, décolleté, back of hands, arms, and legs.

Can I reuse the A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System?

Yes. The A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System houses channels that are very delicate and, therefore, can only be used to deliver a maximum of 1cc before it becomes ineffective. Please dispose after third use or one week of opening, whichever comes sooner.

How do I clean the A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System after use?

We encourage you to use a new A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System per treatment. Because the microchannels are extremely delicate, they will become ineffective over repeated use and will not have the same effect. To clean between each use, rinse the applicator head with warm water and let dry. Recap when applicator head is dry and store for no more than 1 week prior to disposal.

Can I use the A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System on areas of thicker skin, such as palms of hands, knees, and elbows?

Yes. However, if you would like to treat your face as well, we recommend that you apply on your face first, then move on to areas of thicker skin.

Can I use the A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System to administer prescription drugs?

No.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

Please take a look at our Customer Service page.

Why does the product seem to come out so slowly?

The applicator head may be closed too tight. Please use care not to over-tighten when screwing on the applicator head to the vial and your serum will flow much better.

How long are the channels in the A.S.A.P.!™ Micro Infusion System?

The channels are 0.2 mm (200 micrometers) long.
